Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website robciuc.dev and any applications, software, or services published by ROBCIUC DEV SRL ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

ROBCIUC DEV SRL, a Romanian limited liability company, registered with the Romanian Trade Registry under no. J33/2179/2023, sole registration code (CUI) 49345355, EUID ROONRC.J33/2179/2023, with registered office at Sat Maritei nr. 608, postal code 727160, Suceava County, Romania. 2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ROBCIUC DEV SRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use our applications on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless an app-specific agreement permits otherwise.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, except as permitted by mandatory applicable law;
- rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Services;
- use the Services to violate any law, infringe rights of others, or transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
4. App Stores
Applications distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the terms of those platforms. Where required, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Google Play Terms of Service apply in addition to these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, are and remain the exclusive property of ROBCIUC DEV SRL or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, except the limited license set out above.
6. User Content
Where the Services allow you to submit content, you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display such content solely as needed to operate the Services.
7. Fees and Refunds
If a Service requires payment, the price and billing terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be submitted through the relevant store. For direct purchases, contact contact@robciuc.dev.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS YOU HAVE AS A CONSUMER UNDER MANDATORY APPLICABLE LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROBCIUC DEV SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or where reasonably required to comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Suceava, Romania, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
