This Privacy Policy describes how ROBCIUC DEV SRL ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit robciuc.dev or use mobile or web applications we publish (collectively, the "Services").

2. Scope
This policy applies to the website robciuc.dev and to all applications published by ROBCIUC DEV SRL on Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly. Each individual application may publish an additional, app-specific privacy notice that supplements this policy; in case of conflict, the app-specific notice prevails for that application.
3. Information We Collect on the Website
When you visit robciuc.dev, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. These tools may collect:
- truncated/anonymized IP address;
- device and browser information (type, version, language);
- referrer URL and pages visited on our site;
- approximate geographic location (country/region level).
We do not use the website for advertising, profiling, or sale of personal data.
4. Information Collected by Our Apps
ROBCIUC DEV SRL currently has no published applications. Once an application is released, this section will be updated to disclose, per app, what data is collected, why, with whom it is shared, and how it is retained, in line with Apple's App Privacy and Google Play's Data Safety requirements.
5. Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar identifiers set by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for measurement purposes. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Refusing cookies will not affect access to the site.
6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for basic website analytics, security, and abuse prevention.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where required, e.g. for any future marketing communications.
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you use an application provided under a license agreement.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) for accounting and tax compliance under Romanian and EU law.
7. Sharing With Third Parties
We share personal data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Services:
- Google Ireland Ltd. - analytics and tag management;
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC - when you download or interact with our apps via App Store / Google Play;
- hosting and infrastructure providers used to deliver the website (currently GitHub, Inc. via GitHub Pages).
We do not sell personal data. International transfers, where they occur, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards permitted under GDPR.
8. Retention
Website analytics data is retained for the default Google Analytics retention period (currently 14 months). Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to comply with applicable record-keeping obligations.
9. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
